The Conbraco Backflow repair kit is complete in every way. Utilizing this kit will enable you to disassemble your old vacuum breaker unit and restore it back to its original functionality with all brand new parts, as long as the housing is undamaged. A 'schematic" of sorts is provided with the parts replacement kit, and a detailed set of "step by step" instructions is available online to assist you. This is so much better than disassembling all of the soldered connections to install a new one.

Valve rebuild kit.
Perfect kit . Rebuilt my 1 inch conbreco valve. Had everything i needed. I will get another 24 years out of it!

All the necessary parts
This little repair kit was all I needed to get my backflow valve up and running again. It was easy to install and saved me a great deal over having a pro come over to repair it.

One size doesn’t fit it all
It did not fit. The main needed part - the white one didn’t even fit inside the metal. Couldn’t use any of it

A Simple Solution for a Leaking Vacuum Breaker
My ~16 year old vacuum breaker had started to leak; in disassembly I could see that most of the parts were covered in iron/mineral deposits, and both washers were pretty worn. I would able to readily clean the parts (soaked them in vinegar), the the washers were beyond repair. I decided to replace the entire internal assembly. No problems were encountered; it was a straight forwarded swap. The breaker is working just fine now; money well spent to avoid any future problems.
