Great Fit! Great ApplePlay
Great product. One of the pieces broke during install and the supplier sent one to replace it immediately, without a charge.1 month in and happy with my purchase.

Use this is you want a large back up camera. Carplay is intermittent in connection. It is pretty much rubbish.

The Good and bad of it
So far the radio is a good product. The documentation is minimal that you receive. They do give you an support email to contact them and they can give you a little better documentation but you will be talking to someone in China so their resposes will be on China time but they are pretty prompt to respond. It does not come with a user manual and I have not received one from support when requested on how to use and set up the radio. I would say don't try this upgrade unless you or someone you know is knowledgeable on working on cars or electronics. There are not that many videos on the internet to help you either.

This product is ten times better than the last product sent! All items were present with installation instructions. Though I have not finished installing this item so far things seem to be okay!

That it says you’ll get a backup camera but it doesn’t come in the box with the radio
I like that it works but it cuts out sometimes, it’s really slow, it didn’t come with a back up camera when it says it comes with, i contacted support but they said the only way to get the back up camera was to return the whole thing and they’ll send it back, I bought it for the reason is my radio broke and need one quick

I had some questions on the install and emailed them ,they got back to me quickly with installation guide and installation video, it is step by step installation pictures in the file ,very easy.Great Customer Service !!!my truck is ford 2015 f-150 xlt,after installated this head unit, works good.

Wireless Apple CarPlay?
I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the Apple CarPlay! That was why I bought it, because it had wireless CarPlay. But could not figure it out.
