Purchased this inalsa Cuisinmix Stand Mixer for my daily kitchen needs , this stand mixer has really made my work very easy , I'm very happy with this purchase . This Cuisinmix model comes with all stainless steel attachments and the body of the stand mixer is metallic and very durable , noise is also minimal and non irritating , kneads the dough within 5 mins , size is compact for even small kitchen , comes with normal 10A plug . Overall a good quality stand mixer a must for your daily kitchen needs and also useful machine for bakers . Inalsa immediately arranged a demo on the date of purchase good customer care service.

A great and very durable Stand Mixer. Very useful for making bakery products or any other items.

The Stand Mixer itself is very good but the hook got stuck internally after 4 months of use.We called customer care and they sent over a technician, a Mr Chetan Kotian. He took away the device for repairs and returned it after 2 weeks. We paid for the part replacement even though we are under warranty. The very next day we realised that the screws in the hinge (top half of the mixer) were both left unscrewed and its in a position that requires a speciality tool. The screws got dislodged and are stuck in the hinge rendering the stand mixer unable to use. So we called back Mr Chetan and he assured that he will come back the next day to get it fixed. He did'nt show up.Over the next he kept saying he would come in to fix the issue but kept not showing up. Eventually he just stopped answering his phone.We emailed customer care on the provided email address for service we got one reply and we sent over the necessary details (reciepts,warranty card etc) but there has been no response ever since despite several follow up emails.We have tried separately to place another service request and were told that someone would connect with us within 48 hours but again no response for days. We emailed from another email to register the issue. We were asked to send over relevant information which we did but there still hasn't been a response. Hence my frustration in writing this review.I dont understand why is it so difficult to get this sorted out. Its been a month and a half that we haven't been able to use our stand mixer and we are a professional kitchen. This is some of the worst customer service ive ever come accross and you can clearly see that we tried over and beyond to get it right and only then were so frustrated and beat down that i had to write this review.We have all the call & message logs, Emails to back up the review above. Insala Management please let us know why is it so difficult to get any service especially with such an accommodating client?

My family have been using it almost daily, as we do some baking also. As compared to more expensive on Kitchenaid that we have used earlier for more than 8 years, (very expensive one) , this one (inalsa) is more convenient to use and performance is also at par with Kitchenaid.Inalsa we have been using now for more than 3 months and have had absolutely no complaints. Infact the speed control knob is better than one we used earlier in kitchenaid

Good product. Value for money

Quite sturdy since it has metallic body so it doesn’t shake … 2 bowls make it convenient to use as per quantity… I use it mostly to knead various bread/ chapatti doughs n whipping cake, cookie dough… a good feature is the timer …. It is value for money
