Learn from My Mistake!
Great Bags. A++ They are strong and durable for sure. I used them to load up small landscaping rocks less than a year ago. Should have gotten rid of them at the time, but I wasn't finish. So, I had over 30 bags filled with Rocks, weighing about #30 each. They sat in a pile over the winter. They ones on the bottom were fine, but the ones that got sun deteriorated and flake apart and had to be rebagged.Don't leave the bags in the SUN! My big mistake.I would recommend this product!

They fall apart
I bought these sandbags and hauled three 60 pound bags of sand from the Home Depot to fill them. They fall apart after a few months.I live on the third floor and the sandbags were used on my balcony to keep a plastic liner in place to protect my glass patio door from leaking due to increasingly strong storms. After a few months they fell apart, leaking sand onto the two downstairs neighbors' balconies.I don't know where to get decent sandbags, so I am going to buy cases of bottled water and wrap them in mylar emergency blankets (reflective material to keep the ravens away). These will weigh down the liner, keep pests away, and I'll have an emergency water supply. These weak bags have really given me so much extra work to do. Now I have to get rid of 180 pounds of sand. I tried to give it away. No one wants it. So I have to throw it all in a dumpster and it goes into a landfill.Know what else belongs in a landfill? THESE BAGS!!!

These are exactly what I needed
I bought these for the beach, I had purchased a canopy tent 10x10, and it said it came with sandbags, but it didn’t, so I really needed these to use the tent. They were exactly like described and they were fun for the kids to fill.

Bags shred after some months
Low quality sandbag. I bagged rocks with it less than 6 months ago and kept a tarp over it most of the summer but the bags shredded and now the rock is mixed with small flakes. I didn’t know there were different quality sandbags… and now I do. I would definitely have ordered heavier duty ones if I knew.

Used for rock hounding
I bought these to help me haul rocks from digs. I tried these for the first time recently and was very impressed at how well they held the huge rocks I found. I used all ten bags and not a single one tore thru. Very heavy rocks taken from a stream bed. The bags were definitely put to the test and strained but they all held and I consider the bags reusable for one more trip.
