This is actually really nice
I got to say it was more complicated than it looked putting together 😕 it kept popping out of place but once Ive gotten it up it does really well and I've had it for like 6 months and is going strong. Waiting to see how it does during the winter with heavy snow on top of it.

Love it! Sturdy and good looking.
Light enough during installation and sturdy/strong after installation. Love it. My brother says it looks very French. Without an awning our side door’s electronic keypad lock stopped working because of rain hitting it. Now it is protected. The awning blocks the rain and also the sun. With an awning over your door you feel a sense of safety too. Like an umbrella I guess.

Wow. Impressed
I was skeptical at first. I wanted to put something over a back door to prevent rain from leaking in during heavy Florida storms. Other option was to change the door by busting the frame out of the stucco...expensive.This thing held up to 120mph winds during hurricane milton. The eye passed right over my house. It's still there.

Very sturdy for a plastic frame.
First, price is good. Second, the frame is large so it should hold up to anything but a direct hit of a large tree limb. The instructions are bad, but one should expect that from overseas. The main issue was the back cross bar, which way it should go, it was not clear. The main complaint is the design is meant to go on a flat surface. Not cedar siding, it sticks out and the bolts were not long enough. Had to go buy 3" 1/4-20 bolts. The selection of bolts was not known, turns out they are 1/4-20 but once you seat the anchor bolts and remove the bolts the threads are distorted.I also injected RTV in the front and rear cross bars, they were very loose, waited a day to cure then finished assembly and then measured where the holes would be. I also switched out the two top screws with SS screws. They are exposed so SS will work better. Note if you do not install those two screws the frame will twist some.

Is going to look great when we put it up
Assembly was difficult for one person. You really need two people. Exactly what we needed for an outside door on the back of the house. I’ve been looking at these for a while. The only problem was the fox. Looks like it has been reopened before arrival screws were supposed to come with it were not in the box.Luckily, we had the six screws that were needed to assemble the awning. We just have to get the right hardware to attach it to the outside of the house.Really excited to see it.
