Fit's perfect
Everything that you need to mount this is included. But .... having real wrenches is a plus. Also, the bolts are soft steel so if you cross thread one, you will wring it off. Be careful. Other than that, very sturdy rack.

Fits and works
Fit my Rad power bike with no modifications needed. A lot more sturdy than I originally thought, I could easily sit on it with my entire weight with no problems or issues. So a lil under 200 lbs.. doesn't add too much weight to the bike itself. Installation was really clean cut and dry didn't really need anything too fancy. Hopefully I can strap a bad to it and use it for food delivery. Fantastic product for a fair price.

Decent Value. Not Perfect. Will do the Job.
I give the rack 4 stars based on value.As other reviewers have noted in their reviews, the instructions are poor. For me, I figured it out. But, for others that rely on instructions, they’ll be left in the dark.I also had to bend a few of the support rods as they were misaligned/misshapened.Positives: I do like how light it is.I didn’t weigh it, but for its function it is very light.I do think it is good value for the money I paid for it.Yet, only time will tell…

Worthless in many ways
Two screws were stripped out of the box, making complete and safe installation impossible. Instructions were illegible. Does not fit bikes with 26” wheel diameter. Forced to return due to poor quality and misleading product specifications.

The main support arms attach to what?
Two plus two equals fourIf you cant tell from the manufacturer picture on how or where you will mount the bottom support arms then that probably means they dont even know.Maybe your bike has a slot that it slides neatly into. My ecotric rocket doesn't. The two brackets you see the arms resting on were some spare parts i had laying around.The top support arm bracket could only be mounted with a center screw which wasn't enough to support my 37lb battery. I drilled to more ports (into my bike) for added strength.My old rack only had 1 support arm on each side which was weak af. This rack has 3 on each side thats welded into one at the bottom which makes it a lot stronger....you just have to find a way to attach it

Easy installing & use in Ebike too
Should of bought it months ago. Yes it works great and easy installing. Deff a good recommendation for anyone with an Ebike or regular bike. Works with both. Thanks.
