Q: Will it fit the beats fit pro?

Assuming you have the beats pro that go around your ears yes. It's a good case as far as proctection. Some people have said that the case glue didn't stick well when they placed it over the pro beats case , but I haven't had that problem at all, it stick well.

Q: Does the case snap closed so they don’t fall out if dropped?

This case (really, it’s a cover) surrounds (taped to..) your original case, so the closing mechanism is still based on your original case. So, if your current case opens when dropped, the same will happen with this cover applied. Mine does not open. Hope this helps..
