When i got this product they made sure they had it properly sealed there was a strong tape on the top of the lids and even when you open the container its was a soft plastic seal to prevent the product from spilling out i was frustrated trying to take off the tape off the lids cause it was so strong but thats a good thing because i got all my moneys worth. This works well for human hair wigs and synthetic wigs it leave both of my wigs so soft and it makes them smell super good and it help get the factory smell of my wigs or when i hot comb my wigs it leaves a burnt smell and it leaves when i wash and condition my wigs with these products and this product has helped my wig tremendously. It even keeps my wigs so soft and smells good i get compliments on it ppl be thinking im wearing perfume when all i did was wash my wig with this product i literally had no perfume on lol. YALL NEED TO BUY THIS!! 💯

I bought this product for synthetic hair extensions/ wig, to see if it would bring it back to life. This product worked SO well, I was shocked. It brought them back to a silky smooth, from a frayed out, tangled, practically in the trash mess. That's when I decided to try it on a barbie collection we acquired, which were all Barbies from the 1980’s -90’s. HOLY COW, it was unbelievable. I'm still shocked at how this product, using both the shampoo & conditioner for the treatment, completely changed the doll hair. Completely! The frowed out, tangled mess, that was practically impossible to comb through, turned into smooth, straight, silky hair, as if the Barbies were brand new. It was incredible the improvement from just one wash. It worked well for my hair extensions and I would recommend trying this product and I will purchase again. For anyone who finds themselves wanting to make their dolls like new and completely fix it as if it were brand new, this product is a must! Results that I guarantee will blow your mind!

Smells good and does not coat on the wig

I got this when trying out a synthetic wig for everyday wear. The shampoo and conditioner work well, the hair looks much better after but it’s still pretty staticky. I think that has to do more with the wig than the products themselves. It smells good and as long as you follow the directions, it works and keeps the shape of the hair.

I love the shampoo but the only problem is the packaging. Trying to get the top off of the shampoo is very difficult glued on very very tight. Some I'm able to get the wrapping around the top off, but some no because it's almost wrapped like it's a prescriptions or aspirin you're buying in a drugstore. So the product isn't tampered with. But this is shampoo and it's harder to get this non tampering seal off. I've even taken sharp knives and I'm not able to get it off it's glued so tight. So those bottles I have to take the entire top off to be able to use the shampoo as far as leaving it on and flipping the lid up and some of these it's impossible. Unless you spend an hour trying to file it off.

I have worn wigs for almost 10 years and it is hard to find products that work, but don't break the bank. This product works well and is fairly reasonable, as wig products go.I have not had damage, due to this product and I love the conditioner. It makes my wigs so very soft. Easy to use. Just place your wig in the sink or container and add shampoo. I recommend you turn the wig inside out or what you manufacture states. Swish softly and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse, without wringing your wig. Then do the same with the conditioner. Blot dry, never wring your wig! Your wig will come out clean and soft.The smell is not over powering, but is pleasant. I wash my wigs every week, but I'm confident you could go longer after using this product. Would definitely recommend!!!
