Not sure why this broke.
Sadly, the first one I removed from the packet, the elastic broke so I returned them.

They're not well made but do do the trick
I looked like the lion from the wizard of oz but I would give them another go as practice makes perfect. I had plenty left over so i could do much smaller pieces and that might look better. Which is good because usually i have to buy 2 or 3 of everything for my hair. In that sense, they are good value for money. I see what people are saying about them all breaking - maybe a fault in the machine because it seems weird that a gap has been put in the plastic on every single piece in a place where you really don't want a gap in the plastic. Mixed feelings overall

Not very strong
not very strong, the ones i’m wearing are fine but 2 broke really easily, the first time i installed!

better than photos show
The photos make these rods looks huge, don't worry, they are normal perming rod size. I had no broken rods like some have experienced and am very happy with the product.
