A very good supplement
Guys this is not dry bamboo powder..it's bamboo extract. Bamboo extract does contain 60 to 70 percent silica.

It's completely misguide people, 70% silica It's a myth study proven that 100gm dry bambo shoot has 70mg silica so how can they provide 600mg bambo shoot(420mg silica)... Don't be fool guys be educated
