Victorinox Paring Knife
Unfortunately lost the last knife but replaced with the serrated version this time. It is just as good as the smooth bladed version. It is super sharp and has so far kept its edge in daily use. Nice bright orange handle so hopefully won't misplay them this time. Very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Somebody’s return
I love these knives, although it wasn’t ideal receiving something that was clearly sent back. The knives had already been pulled out of their secure packaging (packaging was ripped so it had been pulled out then put back in) and had dirty finger marks all over it. It’s gone straight in the dishwasher but otherwise it’s sharp and fit for purpose

Sharpness
Having tried to buy veg prep knives locally, without success, I ordered these knives from Amazon, they are amazing and slice through vegetables and fruit easily. Very pleased with these items.
