In love with this rower
I love this rower! Getting it put together was a process but with the video instructions it wasn't awful. The classes are incredible for $29/month. I look forward to using it every day! My only suggestion would be to have the screen pivot to the side for when we're doing weights/stretches.

Rower defective and essentially impossible to return
After spending almost 3 hours assembling the rower, it turns out it had a significant defect. Despite the fact that it was defective, the customer is responsible for completely disassembling and repackaging in the original packaging the rower components. This is essentially impossible and the instructions for repackaging are even more difficult to follow than the assembly instructions. If they send you a defective product they should be responsible for repackaging it for a return-that should not be the responsibility of the consumer. I spent more than 6 hours assembling the rower, attempting to troubleshoot and then disassembling the rower and now will need to spend even more time packaging it in order to return it. This product is not meant for customer assembly/disassembly.
