I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, used to be a side-sleeper but am now confined to sleeping on my back. I have a stack of 7 pillows by my bed and on any given night, I rotate between at least 3 or 4 of them to get any sleep at all. I have slept on only one pillow for the last week and it is the Marlow pillow! It has been a game-changer for me. I don't know if it's the material or the adjustability, but it has given me the ability to sleep through the night without changing pillows several times. I am using it with both sides unzipped. It is still firm, but not hard. It supports my head, neck and shoulders and I don't have to move around to stay comfortable. It has been months since I have awakened without pain, so I am very grateful to have found this pillow! It is very good quality and at even its regular price point is worth a try. I believe that if I get to a point where I can sleep on my side again, the pillow will be equally comfortable. For reference, I am a petite gal in her sixties and I ordered the standard size.

I don’t love it, but it’s a great improvement compared to my older memory foam pillow. I do believe it’s a good side sleeper pillow.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s very comfortable as a travel pillow and compresses well in my carry-on luggage. The pillow case and travel bag are such nice bonuses that I wasn’t expecting.

I’m very disappointed in these pillows. I bought two. Very uncomfortable and I throw my pillow off the bed one hour into my sleep. My husband and I hate them. Even though they claim they are adjustable when you unzip the sides, it doesn’t help. Since the window to return expired through Amazon, I called the company directly, and they refused to facilitate a return and refund. These pillows are a waste of money. Don’t buy them.

This pillow is “good”! No complaints here. However, it’s probably over-hyped, leading to vague dissatisfaction. Don’t get me wrong - it’s a good pillow. The whole zipper thing - meh. I think the main complaint I would have is that it doesn’t come with a removable/washable case. So I had to order one on my own. That’s kinda junk. Maybe it will end up lasting longer than other pillows? If that’s the case, it would up its value.

This is the first pillow that I have owned in the last 10 years in which I have not experienced any neck pain. It's the right density, comfort level, and is a high-quality item. I am a side and stomach sleeper. Try this pillow and I think you'll be happy.

If you are looking for a stiff hard pillow, this is one is for you. It has adjustments to apparently make it softer, but I see no difference in using. Comfort level would be zero, quality is excellent just not comfortable to sleep on.
