Received my BAI Mirror exactly a week ago today. Definitely very heavy and needs a few people to get it up on the stand but once we got it up, it was a go. Packaged very well! So far it’s Great! Exactly what I expected and what I was looking for. Not gonna lie I was very nervous day first. This machine was an upgrade for me so I have done a few projects so far, but I am still learning and excited to see all the things that it can do. My representative, Luke Ren, has been fantastic helping me with set up and answering all my questions very quickly. So far so good…I love it!

I knew this machine would be a big learning experience for me when I decided to get it. It's a nice machine and I've had some difficult times learning it. The Bai team has been great with helping me get it figured out. It would've been great if it came with a more detailed book on how to run it and solve common issues like running a thread tension test. Other than that it's been a good experience. Thanks to the support group.

I purchased the BAI embroidery machine a month ago and can now confidently say it was the right choice for my small business. Even though the price is more affordable than other brands, the quality is outstanding. Right after my purchase, the BAI team reached out to me and offered great support on how to operate the machine. I especially want to thank Mr. Luke Ren — he has been incredibly helpful and always responds quickly whenever I need assistance. This is a perfect option for small business owners. Highly recommend!

Glad I ordered via Amazon received the product quickly with no issues and the delivery person was very helpful and thoughtful (called me with a ETA). The set up for the base was without any instruction so that was a negative and was built from looking at the photo. The machine is heavy so you gonna need some friend help to lift on to the table. Threading the needle was easy due to the fact that it came pre threaded and you could use the pre existing thread to pull your thread through. I did have some tension issues at first and many string breaks ! Broke my first needle in the first days. I made contact with a rep via text and email and the response was decent and helpful. My advice is that you join a Facebook group for your specific machine and ask a lot of questions. The videos on You Tube are helpful but would advise Bai to hire A English speaking person to make instruction videos on a platform like You tube. The maintenance of the machine is pretty straight forward , and I was able to laser cut a new plate cover for easy access to oiling the needles. See attached photo . The biggest challenge will be tuning in the tension, My only previous experience was from a single head Brothers Pe900.

Everyone told me to be careful when getting this machine but I wanted to see for myself. To be honest I’ve had it for 6 months and it has worked great I have no complaints to this day! Embroidery is hard to learn sometimes you think the machine is not working right but many factors tie in to performance. Customer service is awesome they are super helpful and are always available to help you. Leo Wang has contacted me to this day since I got the machine to check up if I need anything. Great machine and great support!

Tengo mi maquina de bordar BAI THE MIRROR llego en el dia que me indicaron siempre estubieron en comunicion con migo y cuando la harme para comensar a atrabajar me emocione y tambien he tenido una exelente ayuda por parte de un ingeniero de BAI a sido muuuuuuuuuy atento en ayudarme algo que es exelente, esto me ha motivado mas pues se que no estoy solo para trabajar la bordadora y por si tengo algun problema se que estos ingenieros estaran alli para atudarme GRACIA BAI

Was a little nervous ordering this machine at first but I’m glad I did. The machine worked perfectly straight out the box. Delivery went very smooth and on time. I think the best part is the support that BAI provides. From before my order arrived to after it was delivered has been great. The few questions Ive needed answered were all replied to very well and quick. Even sent a video of how to walk through the steps to make sure it was done correctly. Overall very happy with this purchase and product. Would definitely recommend

I'm very satisfied with my purchase, at first I was hasitating before and also after the purchase, but after I was contacted from the team, I now feel very confident with this machine, specially because of the technical support that it's behind it. They reach out to me even with out me needing the help. They are very consistence and knowledgeable about anything or any problem you might encounter. They help me fix an issue even though it was my fault, they gladly help me fix it, I thought it was complicated, but no, it was very easy to fix because they guide me. (othere wise it was going to be frustrating and hard if I did it on my own!) 😳 Anyways, I'm very happy and satisfied that I did my purchase with Bai Machine Embroidery. ☺️My best advice it's to not hesitate giving them your information like your WhatsApp or Facebook or both, this was a life saving for me because they help me right away when I needed it.Many thank for Mia and Leo Wang that are my personal tech support.I feel that my investment it's worth every cent.The video and the photo it's my very third run ever.
