Best flavor
Have bought other brands but keep coming back to Knorr due to the best flavor. I often substitute olive oil for butter to cut down on saturated fat. That works well and changes the flavor only to a hint more Greek.

Easy to make great sauce
Have used this quite a few times. It is always easy to make a great Hollandaise sauce. It can be tricky to do from scratch but with this mix it is a snap. Add a little lemon to spice it up.

Knorr does it again - this tastes just as good (if not better) than made from scratch
I don't know how Knorr does it, but I can't tell the difference between this (when made per package instructions) and home made. There's just no reason to spend the time and effort to try and make this from scratch anymore...

Eggs Benedict better than the restaurant!
We love eggs benedict and steak oscar so we keep Hollandaise sauce on hand.We've tried other brands but this one is our favorite. If you sub 1/2 & 1/2 for at least half of the milk the sauce is decadently creamy. We went out for Valentine's Day for bfast at a nice restaurant and ordered eggs benedict. They were AWFUL compared to this. Easy to make. The splash of lemon juice really gives it a spark of life. Also if you have leftovers... dipping fresh fruit in the sauce is delicious!
