Skull & Co. NeoGrip for Nintendo Switch OLED and Regular Model: An Ergonomic Grip Hard Shell with Replaceable Grips [to fit All Hands Sizes] [No Carrying Case]

The switch can be extremely uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time for people who have enormous hands like me, but the Neogrip makes it significantly better. I use the hori split pad pro at home, but its large size makes it a lot less convenient for work/travel. That’s where the Neogrip shines, it hugs the console and barely adds any bulk, and fits perfectly in the skull and co case. It adds little to no protection to the console, but there are other products out there if that is what you are looking for. I have found using the largest attachment on the left hand side, and the trigger grip on the right to be extremely comfortable and places your thumbs exactly where they need to be. It can be a little fiddly at first to get it on and off, but I quickly got used to it and it becomes second nature. It is dock friendly, however I would recommend removing it before placing it in the dock as it makes it a very slightly unnerving squeeze when placing it in.

Firstly, I recommend using the round curvy bulbous grips, it’s the best of the 3 for extended use and follows the ergonomics of tired and true controllers (think ps5, Xbox and even switch pro controller).Secondly, the design philosophy of the handheld switch was to sacrifice basic ergonomics for the gimmick of being able to have 2 removable mini controllers. This means in handheld mode it was always a pain to hold and created pressure spots that built uncomfort over a long time. These grips are by far the best on the market for solving this issue, Thierry unobtrusive, let the device retain full functionality and add immensely to the experience. The quick removal of the grips means they don’t get in the way if you wish to use it on the table in kickstand mode too.I will say that it’s worth buying the case version. I initially didn’t as I figured it wouldn’t be too worth it, but it’s made me enjoy handheld mode so much that I now take it out with me as part of my daily carry, and I’m having to buy the case separately at a higher price. Lesson learned I guess, but this product is so much better than you think it is.(One criticism, the plastic grips can get a little sweaty after a long time, but it’s not all too different from your standard controller (maybe a little worse but wiping it off is easy))

I just started using my Switch again, but for the first time, using handheld mode more than docked. I noticed that after a while, the switch gets really uncomfortable in handheld mode, so I decided to look into grips.I was reluctant to shell out for the Satisfye grip, as it's only recently that I've started using my Switch again, so I looked into cheaper alternatives, and heard about this grip.I am very glad to report that this grip is comfortable, easy to use, and looks great! I highly recommend this grip to anyone looking for one. Inexpensive, and definitely does its job!I also like that there are 3 different grip options (my favourite is the trigger grip). Furthermore, I like that the actual grips are detachable, as this means I can continue to use my slim carry case rather than have to keep taking the entire grip off, which can be annoying, or get a bulky case.TL;DR I highly recommend this grip for anyone looking into one!

Multiple grips & easy to fit, at a reasonable price. Definitely makes the switch more comfortable in hand held mode.

The NeoGrip is very comfortable, especially the trigger grip, which feels great during long gaming sessions. It also works well with the dock, which is a big plus. The packaging is excellent, and the instructions are clear and helpful. My only minor issue is that it can make your hands sweat a bit faster. Overall, it’s a solid ergonomic accessory that improves comfort.

Of all the things you can buy to customise the Nintendo Switch, this is the best accessory I have purchased.Fits easily and snugly onto the console.I have large hands, but using the medium sized ones for now and it’s making gameplay so much more comfortable.No more using the kickstand for hand support!!

I don't bother with reviews due to apathy.However, I was so surprised and pleased with this product that I felt compelled to do so...It's a game changer.Holding the Switch undocked for any length of time is really not comfortable. This drastically changed that.Comfortable, with three grip selections to suit you.Easy to use.Really good build quality.Fast service.Honestly, buy it and you will not regret it. Enough said, really.

Extremely happy with this product. Before having the grip, I never played with the switch un-docked but I received this grip today and I honestly haven't wanted to put the switch down all day. The large swappable grip works perfectly for my large hands and I for the price this product feels like youre getting more than you've paid for! When I eventually put the switch back into the dock this evening i found it a huge convenience that I didnt have to remove the grip to dock the switch (reducing possibility of scratches).My only gripe with this is that when the large grips are fitted which I will probably always keep on, the original switch (which i have) kick stand doesnt work as the grips are too low for it to stand but I honestly am willing to loose the functionality of the kickstand to allow for better playability! Afterall the switch is meant to be able to hold the handheld name and this grip makes that possible/true!Massively recommend to litterally everyone who has never tried a grip, this has honestly changed my perspective on grips and i will be buying one for my ps vita, 3ds etc to try them with one too!
