There are for sure some great stories in here about budo. I enjoyed this short book very much. Some stories you may have heard of before, if you study Asian history and philosophy. However, It was a pleasure and awesome book

I love this book. Stories are well written.

It did not last more than a week, stories are short, easy to read, clever!. I really enjoyed it.

Purchased as a gift for an Eastern friend who dwells in the East and is a lover of all things of the Samurai Code. He completed it during a 40 minute ride to a neighboring town and sent me his reviewing highlighting the many esoteric stories that stray from the Aesop fable type format and cater to the more subtle stories of the likes of Roshomon. I found the same to be the case....a book to be read slowly and contemplated for its delicious morsels of subtle wisdom.

One of the most enjoyable books I've read in awhile. Simple stories with profound lessons at its best.

Perfection. Few stories are rehashed. We desperately need a part 3 and a robust unknown ones at that. Thank you Mr Fauliot my favorite author.
