Good value
It is very good value for the money. If you need a torque wrench in the 300-700 range then this works great. It is practical for torquing big bolts at high torque values. It is not appropriate for anything that you would normally use a 1/2" or 3/8" torque wrench. I bought for a 22mm bolt that required 300+ lbs of torque. It is a very large (has to be close to 5 ft in length) and heavy wrench. It comes in a case which is very useful. But this is for big jobs where you need a lot of leverage and you have a lot of room. The torque setting scale is fairly coarse as you might expect from a wrench that goes to 700 lbs. It is something like 25 lbs increments (I don't recall exactly but it was much coarser than my 1/2" torque wrench). If you need a torque wrench for high torque lbs. and have room to maneuver this is great for the money.

Good torgue wrench
No issue with Amazon, order was placed quickly and within a week or so i had the wrench. Haven't used it yet, bought it to torgue my lug nuts on my race car that has center locks and the air gun with 1" drive is wearing the corners off the nuts which cost $75 each to replace. The product itself feels and looks well made. Being it can torgue from 100-700lbs, I felt it will last a long time as I only need to use 150-200lb range. It came in its own plastic carrying case also for storage and protection when not in use. For $251 I felt it was a great deal, I searched and found others from $300-$400.UPDATE: Neiko Professional Grade 3/4" Drive Automatic Torque Wrench works very well, lets me torgue my drive nuts down to 150lbs or more and then break them loose in between races to swap out tires, its easy to use and for me better than air gun that damages the nut itself. No issues with tool, used so far for full racing season (10-11 races).

It works I guess
This is the second wrench I was sent. The first was defective. We use it for one job twice a year for 40 lug nuts to 515 ft/lbs. It works but skips a gear in the head occasionally. Not for everyday use

TORQUES in RIGHT HAND THREAD Direction ONLY
Quality of this NEIKO PRO torque wrench is excellent.Be aware, while the wrench description says CW and CCW with the flip of a switch, the TORQUE feature ONLY WORKS in the CW direction. Had to send my purchase back because I have a Heavy Duty Military truck with Left Handed wheel lugs on the driver's side. Wrench is useless for my purpose if I can only torque the CW Threads on the Passenger Side of the Truck.
