This does get work as expected they have elastic in the tummy area and it doesn’t shape the tummy but go along with the shape of the tummy

If you are going to purchase please do this, if your old normal vest size 40", purchase 36" to 39", then only will work for our purpose. my size is 40" so i purchased 36" to 39" Medium, now its perfect for me.
