Brilliant insoles. Would recommend to anyone with flat feet and walks a lot to keep the weight down. Found these to be the most comfortable of all the orthotics I've owned. Bought 2 pairs for my work boots and formal shoes. The initial discomfort is nothing compared to the ankle and heel pain without them. Shame they don't make slippers and sandals or else I'd buy them too.

Struggle with Achilles tendonitis regularly after 12 hour shifts. Gave this a shot for 3 days back to back shifts where I’m on my feet most of each day. It’s not comfortable at all. Feels like walking on 2 rolled up socks in my shoes. That being said, come day 3 I am normally in agony and walking fast is near on impossible. With these it’s a lot less pain.Will keep looking for more comfortable alternatives, until then I’m willing to put up with the uncomfortable arch with massaging blob for pain free tendons. Saves me hobbling along like something from a Brothers Grimm story.Would recommended to anyone who is in the same boat. At least until something better comes along.Build quality is decent. Comes in nice colours. Didn’t have to trim down and does make me a little taller with them on. Hasn’t disintegrated after 3 days wear.Perhaps over time my feet will get used to them.

These worked well inside work boots, they are reasonably thick and comfortable when wearing all day, do not make feet sweat.

These were just perfect. Didn’t even need trimming. Straight into trainer so comfortable worn them all day.

Have tried in 3 different shoes: boots, trainers, formal shoes. In all of them the insoles causes my foot to feel like it is sloped to the outside of the foot. Both feet. Especially the left. The arch doesn’t feel adequately supported - so it can’t be because the arch is lifting the foot in some way. For me: Makes it uncomfortable to walk. Had hoped these would take away the pain in my for foot but it seems to have created another problem. The link to the customer support for this product doesn’t seem to be working…So I can’t tell them directly about it…. 🤷🏾‍♂️

After trying quite a few shoe inserts I came across the Dynwalker insoles.They are good quality and with the extra high arch, are ideal for my over pronated feet.I have since bought a second pair and highly recommend them.They provide pain relief and stability.
