It works! I have slept with my mouth open every night for as long as I can remember. And for the last decade I wipe my drippy nose all day every day. Until this. This is very nice and gentle, without any after taste or propellant dripping down your throat afterwards. It even has a window to show you how much you have left. I like that you only use it once a day instead of two. I only gave it 4 stars, because the wide flat shape and the location of the pump is very awkward to use for people with small hands and/or arthritic fingers. I kept getting "misfires" because my hands weren't strong enough to squeeze the pump, if I used the other hand to close the opposite nostril that I was spraying. I finally gave up and used both hands to hold and pump out the spray. I'm used to the small round cylinder spray bottles from the pharmacy. 60 sprays at 2 sprays each nostril a day will last you 15 days. I might buy it again next time it goes on sale, but as for now it went up in price from 2 weeks ago. It is cheaper to buy Ipratroprium Bromide Nasal Spray at the pharmacy for $5, which lasts 30 days.
