Pretty good
The only negative is that it doesn’t come with a scoop or an easy measuring option. I had to buy a special scale that weighed that small quantities. Otherwise it’s great! It mixes well with liquids and I haven’t noticed a taste.

No scoop
There's no scoop so that made it hard to figure out how much to take seeing that the dose is 1.5 grams. Otherwise everything else is as expected.

Didnt do anything for me
It has a sweet taste. I just pop a dose straight into my mouth and drink water. I didnt feel any difference after taking this for 2 months. My husband felt more energized by I personally didnt see any difference. I might need to try another brand
