Amazing fountain!
It works perfectly and doesn’t leak. I have noticed some of the reviews say the pump is loud or there is low water flow. The only time the pump has been loud or there has been low water flow is when there is not enough water in the fountain. It holds quite a bit of water. It is the coolest reptile fountain I have found.

Holes
It has a few holes that leaks the water out after a few plugs to fix them it works great

Great fountain but trap door not secure
Fountain is great,but it has a sliding door on the back and my snake figured how to open it.. now he is stuck inside.. I would recommend a lock of some kind for the back..

Not worth buying
I saw the good reviews and i read the bad thinking that what other people are dealing with won’t happen to me with this product. If you are on the fence after these reviews, do not buy!It’s expensive and a waste of money so not worth it. Plenty of other ppl having issue with it, mine included. Mine will run for a while fine until it backs up, and manages to leak all of the water all over the place. Really bad product and for 70 dollars they should all be functioning properly.

Looks very nice but not good at shipping and handling
The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these, one for each of my dragons. One of them came in perfect condition, the second one came with a big chunk missing and a bunch of other small pieces broken of. I was sent a replacement and you can tell the one I was sent was probably returned by someone else. The shipping box was in great condition, but the product package was ripped open and torn and banged up. The fountain itself was in better shape than the other but had leaks. Instead of sending it back I just sucked it up and sprayed it with flex seal and it’s working perfect. Amazon is sending out too many damaged products

Bigger than expected!
Full size adult bearded dragon for scale. Excuse the incomplete set up - we were just exploring our new setup. My beardie is a rescue, I’ve had him for 4 years and have never seen him drink from that standard bowl I had for him before. I’ve been worried about his water intake and tried to increase veggies to compensate. Within seconds of running this fountain, he jumped on it and drank! He loves exploring/climbing on it. Personally, I like the running water sound & the lights aren’t harsh. Happy with purchase so far. Came in tact, not damaged.

Nearly impossible to properly clean and cable management is a pain.
This fountain is built like an office desk fountain. Its quite beautiful and the sounds are soothing with little spatter. The issue is that the small access port in the back leave zero room for cleaning or maintenance. We live feed crickets so naturally some slime and gunk is going to build up. We tried scrubbing the inside with a flexible brush but pieces started flaking off and the whole thing was falling apart.I would not recommend this product for animals. As a desk decoration, sure, but not a reptile fountain.

Works great
The media could not be loaded. I got it from my bearded dragon and it works great! I was worried about leaks, but luckily I didn't get any just had to reattach the pump to the tubing wheel I first opened it.
