This Roman chair is perfect for my home gym. It’s sturdy and has plenty of height adjustment. Ignore the review that says they couldn’t tighten the bolts all the way. They have nylon lock nuts and clearly that individual doesn’t understand how those work. I used a small impact and they tightened up all the way and the unit is solid. It’s not commercial gym quality or anything, but it more than adequate for a home gym and facilitates great lower back work.

This is a good product. I have it right in my master bedroom. It’s a reasonable price. I am 5 foot seven tall, And I use it on the shortest setting. I’m glad I’m not shorter because it wouldn’t fit me otherwise Good product for the money. Reasonable assembly

I use this for doing Sit-ups/So I don't need to sit on the floor.

The box came pretty damaged which cause some of the hardware to fall out along the way. The foot rest is not solder on all the way, so only half of the foot rest is secure.

Multiple pieces were bent, instructions were so unclear to read, and set up was ridiculous with the cheap flimsy tools they sent with it. Once together it does what it’s intended but not worth the price and hassle.

Very heavy duty and price is awesome.
