Fast gains, Minimal Bloating
The EFX brand is the original producer of this fairly new creatine supplement. It has a special tendency to remain potent even when taken with liquids, retaining its full potency. Other types, like creatine monohydrate, will dissolve faster and not give you the necessary delivery to your muscles. Also, creatine monohydrate will dry your joints and cause bloating and, for me personally, wicked stomach cramps. In addition, it could potentially cause harm to your liver over time because, when broken down in your system, it releases toxins in your body. Kre alkalyn is a completely clean supplement that does not leave toxins in your various digestive organs. You even absorb 100% of the kre alkalyn into your system with its added nutrients, helping you achieve maximum results. However, this stuff, on occasion, will cause VERY minor bloatings. But I am not 100% sure if it is this product as it could be my preworkout as well. The other advatage is there is no loading phase to mess around with. What I do is take one before a workout, usually 30 minutes or so. You are supposed to take it an hour before, but I like to have a long warm up to avoid injuries and I want this to kick in during the meat of my routine. Also, I take one immediately folliwing my workout. I tend not to take them when not working out as I feel they will not be working to their full potential; but, I'm sure it would not hurt.Performance wise, I experience a noticeable burst of energy. However, a pre workout like AC/G3 is much better for this kind of boost. I definitely felt stamina augmentation during my workouts. I could increase my reps from normal and could do more sets.In about 2 months, I was able to put on 20 lbs to my benchpress. I also went from 5 ugly pullups for 6 sets to 8 controlled pullups for 10 sets in this time frame. Do to a pulled groin, I can't make the judgment on my squat or deadlift at this time, but plan to update in the future. But, if it helped my bench, which is my weakest lift, I am confident it will help my stonger lifts as well. I have been really blown away by this product as most seem to promise the world with little results. This stuff really works and it is my most valuable supplement.I highly recommend this product and buying it from amazon. My brother paid $39.99 at gnc for 90 capsules as opposed to paying $24.94 for 240 capsules. I have a realy hard time increasing my muscle mass and strength, but this has really helped me. I hope it helps you as well.

Regardless of what Creatine products you take - do be careful, and also be mindful of...
Alright - where to even begin when discussing the review of a supplement that aids in muscle growth and weight lifting.I'm a 73-year-old former Marine who religiously hits the gym 4-5 times a week, spending 3 hours at a time while there. As I've gotten older, I noticed that my energy levels, muscle size/definition, and stamina have waned somewhat and that had me concerned. I began reading up on a variety of supplements that one could take to aid in this process, and I subsequently focused on Creatine products.I began first by using Creatine Monohydrate capsules - the most common form of creatine on the market - and by God, yes it worked. After a few weeks my strength levels increased by a good 10-15% depending on the exercise I was performing. Muscle size also noticeably increased in size, and my weight-lifting stamina and strength were noticeably improved. But the side effects - just as advertised - was bloating. In my case, the bloating was all in my stomach, and it showed. Trousers were tighter around the waist to wear, and I gained within the first 2-3 weeks, a good 10+ lbs.But one side effect bothered me (and my wife) the most - and that was the issue of "gassy-assy," sigh. I started developing bad intestinal gas issues at the end of the day and by the time I sat down in the evening to watch TV, I was blowin' my poor wife off the couch with some absolutely tremendous silent-but-deadly (SBD) farts!!! There is no other way to describe it. Of course, being the typical guy, I first delighted in having the power to force my wife off the couch by these means, but that soon ended when I saw the look on her face. Then I began researching other creatine products and read about versions that had lower PH formulations such as this one here - EFX Kre-Alkalyn. So I ordered, really looking forward to seeing if my bloating would decrease - especially my gas issues.Well unfortunately, the bloating remained and so did the gas issues and that was a huge disappointment, and it made me realize that every digestive system is different. I made sure to investigate if there were other issues at hand that might have been causing my gas. In the end, I discovered it was the Creatine in general that was causing it all. So, I had to stop taking Creatine in general and my issues stopped.Luckily - after stopping my creatine intake - I hadn't lost any noticeable strength or size. In the end, my poor wife of 43 years actually threatened to leave me if I continued with my gass-assy syndrome. It took me a few hours to figure out if I wanted to keep the Creatine and chance it with "da Misses," or if I should just quit. Well, the wife won - now I'm gas free, my stomach size has gone down somewhat also. So I guess it was the right decision. So the moral of my story is - be careful when using Creatine (especially when you get older), because different types (formulations) basically will have the same effect. I just hope you don't get that overblown colonic back-blast syndrome that I experienced for a few months. In the end, everyone is different and your mileage may vary. Good luck...

This is a much better version of any other Creatine
This is a much better version of any other Creatine I have ever tried, this one specifically helps with the night leg cramps(happens very seldom) compared to any other creatine I have tried~! This also gave me a good pump and more healed sore legs on a very big leg day workout(for the record I have like Manny's P. ginormous calves but this still help me a lot)~!

Best creatine pills I have found
I did the research, read the reviews, and even tried another, less expensive brand. Then I found this one. Best creatine mono pills I have found so far. Easy to take (no mixing powders) and yeah, it works. I can see and feel it. No loading phase required. But check the dosage. 4 pills is only 3 mg. Serving size says 2 pills; yeah...I don't think so. The actual directions say 1 or 2 pills before and then 1 or 2 pills after your workout. I started with 2 & 2 but have recently switched to 3 and 3. And that's when I really started to see the results I wanted. So of course, the bottle doesn't last as long but to me, it is still worth it. The price is good and the convenience of these pills is just what I need

Gains without the bloat
I have been taking creatine monohydrate powder for years, but I always felt bloated and puffy. I disliked the loading phase, and at my weight of 210 lbs, I needed to take 10 grams to notice a difference. However, with EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn EFX pills, it's much easier to take them, and I feel stronger with noticeable gains.
