Great chocolate and quick shipping
Has been my favorite chocolate for about 15 yrs. My local chocolate shop closed so I bought from this vendor and it was delivered promptly.

Melts in mouth.
This brand Francois Pralus Le 100% is the only 100% that I've tried that doesn't taste like tree bark. It's smooth and creamy in the mouth and not bitter. I'm eating no sugar and this chocolate is a treat which satisfies cravings. Just a little square is enough.

My favorite 100% Chocolate
Definitely my favorite of the 100% Chocolates I've tried - and I've tried a lot. I estimate 30-60 different options. Since it's one of my favorite things, whenever I see one I haven't tried, I make a point of buying it to try.I'm satisfied with the 100% Pralus I got from Amazon in the USA, but for any other chocolate crazy peeps:if you're ever in Europe, try to get some 100% Pralus while you're there, even if you have to order it and ship it to a friend//hotel, etc. From my experience, the Pralus bars I've had while in Germany (probably 20+ bars) were even more heavenly than those I got in from Amazon while in the USA. I imagine the longer shipping and, most likely, storing of the bars for the USA market lead to less flavor, etc. The time until the "best by" dates does seem to be significantly shorter on the bars I got from Amazon in the USA vs. other stores in Germany.But again, I am satisfied with what I got from Amazon in the USA. I imagined the 100% Pralus I'd get in the USA might not be as good due to shipping and storing, etc., and am still satisfied with what I got, and enjoy it very much. Definitely one of the best I've had during my long visit to the USA after living in Europe for years and being spoiled with the 100% chocolate selection there.

My favorite unsweetened eating chocolate by far
It takes time to develop a taste for unsweetened eating chocolate, and I find most brands unpalatable. But the Francois Pralus unsweetened chocolate has a luscious, creamy mouthfeel that makes it a delicious, healthy treat on a sugar free or low carb diet. Not inexpensive, but worth it if you love chocolate and are trying to eat healthier.

Love this chocolate- I eat it straight because the cocoa beans are so good it has a natural sweetness to it. Best dark chocolate I’ve ever had. There was a mix up with shipment, and the seller was super quick to solve and really great to work with. Highly recommend.

Not the taste I expected
Had heard this was a very smooth 100% chocolate which could be eaten as a treat. Not so. It is extremely bitter similar to just about every other 100% bar I have ever tasted. Definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Does NOT taste good, no sugar no nothing, tastes like some kind of medicine
Ok so maybe my taste buds arent for this but this is the worst thing ive tasted in awhile. It has a chocolate taste if you can put up with it for long enough. I didnt realize that by 100 percent they meant bitter disgusting chocolate but to each their own

The best of the deep dark bars.
I'm on the keto diet, so eating carbs is a no-no. And, I love chocolate. So, where does that leave me? Searching for chocolate without sugar added.I've tried all the other 90%+ bars on Amazon and Le 100% is far & away the best tasting, smoothest and easiest to eat of the lot. I order 3 a month.
