Textured porridge
I make this into porridge using a ratio of one cup amaranth to two cups water.I add salt and sweet spices with a few dates, cooked in my instant pot for 45 minutes.Love my porridge but be aware that it’s not smooth like oat porridge.I love it with Nutty Bruce activated almond milk on top.
