excellent price, great for high scale office document, and email printing.

Poor Quality
This was my first time buying the high capacity toner. I DO NOT recommend it. It started off well enough, but approximately two to three months in, this toner cartridge started producing faded print on the right side of the document. Then, the fading spread so that the my documents are now faded here and there throughout the document. I have tried shaking the toner cartridge, reinstalling it, etc., but nothing works. I should be able to use this for several more months, but I will likely have to replace it so that I can return to producing professional looking documents.

Toner arrived opened and used, it wasn't new as described.
We bought two of these toners. Both of them arrived in a closed box for what I just store them in the office and didn't claim at the moment of arrival. I got to change one of them today and when I open the box, its internal black bag was open and the toner wasn't sealed. Then I installed it in my Xerox copier and the machine displayed a message telling that the toner is low (when it supposed to be brand new). I open the second one and it was the same story. Now I have to buy another toner, and lost over $290.00 USD. I'm very disappointed.

Does not last at all
This cartridge did not yield at all.. generally a cartridge lasts for 6-8 weeks for me. I ordered this as a pack of two and each lasted me 3 weeks to the date. I called this company to mention about this and never got a call back.. will NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!
