Bought for milk production.
I bought these because they were a hype for milk production. I didn’t take them long because it made my baby very fussy with gas. When I stopped taking them he got better so I didn’t take them anymore because I’m paranoid I hurt him some how. I didn’t notice anything different for milk supply either. No change to me that I noticed either. This has apparently been great for other people though.

Colostrum for breastfeeding
I purchased these because I was told it helps with breastmilk production. I cannot confirm as I did not have a way to measure and everyone is just different but they were great quality and they made me feel better for sure. They do not have an aftertaste of any sort and they are pretty cheap for how many you get. If you are looking to purchase this, I would say it is worth the try.

Not for increasing breastmilk
Bought this because someone told me it would help increase my breastmilk supply. It didn’t do that for me. So i don’t suggest taking it for that reason.
