This is really helpful for getting a good sleep. I monitor my sleep with my apple watch and notice a difference taking this and not taking it.

I have been using this product for several years and I think is best on the market! This is the first time I got a larger container though, and was disappointed that it is all plastic and not original glass jar. So 4 stars only, simply for packaging.

I have been using this product for years and it does what it says! I wish it wasn't so expensive. I purchase the large bottle most of the time because I take another dropper full if I wake and have to go back to sleep.

I was so excited to receive this in the mail, especially after reading the review saying that this was a product that worked well. I've taken this product for four nights and still haven't noticed a big change in my ability to go to sleep and I feel like the money I paid for this purchase was extreme compared to the effect.

On the expensive side, that's why the four stars for value, but sure does seem to work. Quality ingredients. Taste could be a lot worse, pretty mild overall. Have reordered several times and will continue to do so.
