Fits my HDM Z2 Auto-CPAP
My normal company where I buy my CPAP supplies no longer sells this adapter, and you definitely need it to connect your tube to your HDM CPAP. I have the HDM Z2 Travel CPAP and it fits fine and I am glad to have a spare for traveling.
