Disappointing Experience with V Guard Purifier
I purchased the V Guard water purifier with high hopes, given its reputed brand status in India. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple requests to both Amazon and V Guard for installation assistance, the purifier remained uninstalled.After persistent efforts to resolve the issue, I ultimately had to return the product. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I've never encountered such poor service before.I strongly caution prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing items from this company. The lack of support and inability to fulfill basic customer needs are concerning indicators of their overall reliability.

First of all 5* for Amazon regarding package & on time delivery.
Product is VFM & easy to install. Check out the TDS which after filtration is good as per standard.For installation call received on 30-sept-2022 after delivery of product. Next day on 01-oct-2022 installation done by Sonu( V-Guard installation engineer) who is knowledgeable, polite behaviour. Describe in brief about all functions of the product.Pros:1. Water filter material is good.2. TDS controller working fine.3. Water taste is OK.4. As per product requirement may be installed booster pump in future as the psi of water pressure is less than 4.0, will be better if it is included in the package.Cons:1. It seems to reject a lot more water.Product performance will be updated after 1month.Final conclusion: product is VFM. 5* for both Amazon & V-Guard.
