Nice chair but would prefer not having wheel locks.
Nice quality chair with good padding. Only complaint is two of the wheels have locks on them and you'll always accidentally hit the levers to lock them to where the chair doesn't move easily. Just used a couple of zip ties to hold the locking mechanisms in the up position and now the chair rolls freely all the time.

Good product, but maybe some quality issues
Good things about the product : nice cushions, good look to it, easy to put together.Bad things: I think I got a defective quality product, but I have no way to really reach out to the company (email link seems bad, etc). The weld that holds the back wheel casters in place is bad (see picture with visible torn metal), which leads to the wheels not rolling well and the whole chair even suddenly tipping over backwards -- very dangerous!

Good kneeling chair, bad casters
The media could not be loaded. I got this chair after getting a similar one for my sister as a gift. I like kneeling chairs for posture. This chair only took about 15 minutes to put together and is, so far, very comfortable. It has 3 possible positions for the distance from the seat to the shin pad. Adjusting the position is quick but requires you to use both allen wrenches, so don't lose them. You can also adjust the height of the chair depending on the height of the surface you're working on using a twist mechanism. That requires no reassembly. The chair is sturdy for my weight, about 165 lbs.My complaint is the cheap, dysfunctional casters that were included. See the video on this review. The locking casters lock perfectly but only seem to half unlock. Will probably need to buy my own set.

Nice chair...
This chair is nice, but as a few ppl said, the cushion needs to be better for the knees.. I do Nails all day & at 4 hrs into day, knees get sore.. needs to be thicker. When I received this chair, it was missing the piece that u Twist to move chair up n down, thank God I kept my last chair, I tore it apart & was able to use that part.. so I'd suggest making sure all pieces are there, before putting together. It is pretty sturdy, but wish knee cushion was more comfortable.

Adjustable seat for tallies.
I had the same problem with thinking that all of the screws were not in the package. I did add a screw from my tool kit and it worked. Didn't feel like taking it apart to return. For folks with height, you will need to turn the bar on the bottom to match how high you want the seat. Ex. 5'9ft my toes were bending too much and then I realized I needed to adjust the seat and I can kneel comfortably and the pressure relief on lower back kicks in. So far so good. Glad to have finally purchased one.

I can now sit without back pain
I wish I had purchased one of these a long time ago! I've had sciatica for 4 weeks (due to a herniated disc in my lower back), and it hurts to sit at my desk to work. This has been the solution I need! I can now work without back pain. I even watch TV in it some. It does make my shins hurt, so I need to stand up every 30 min or so, but that is a very good trade compared to what I was dealing with. The shin pain goes away in about a minute. Once I am healed, I plan to mix this in with my regular chair to keep my back in good shape. I'll definitely switch to it 100% at the first sign of back pain. It was easy enough to assemble, the cushions are thick, and I appreciate the height adjustment and the option to lock the wheels. I am 5'0" tall. *UPDATE the second week of using this chair was different from the first! Shins no longer hurt, and I can sit in it for much longer time frames. You definitely do adjust to it after a week or so.

Uncomfortable
This is just poorly designed. The Seat is at so much of an angle my bottom slides down the seat putting all the pressure on the knee pad. Since the knee pad is also at an angle the padding pushed up, so all of my weight is sitting directly on the frame for the knee pad. It hurts after a couple of hours.

Worth having
Working at my computer with this kneeling chair was much more comfortable than with a regular chair. It has a very thick cushion for both your butt and knees. My only small complaint is that my knees will grow uncomfortable unless I move them around often. Because of the design, most of your body weight is supported by your knees with a lesser part through your butt depending on which way you lean. Other than that, it's very comfortable and a great alternative chair.
