These callous remover disks are of different grades, each has a different grinding dept. For me I have two callouses on my foot and between doctor appointments, this works great. Along with the callous remover tool.

Good Replacement Heads But……..
Good replacement heads, they do a good job and they last quite a long time. I have bad calluses on my heels and I use these regularly so they do hold up nice. BUT……. the device they go on is garbage.

Don't apply to much pressure or the unit will not work. It okay if your heals are in good shape but if you want a deep scraper this isn't it.

Works
The sander attachment that works well with Harmony callus is a great product for myself. I'm a type 2 diabetic and have calluses on my toes that will develop into ulcers if I don't keep them sanded down. Harmony and it's sanding disks work really well!
