Good product. I take daily with Vitamin D3

Excellent Vitamins for a good price. 5 stars

Been taking it for a couple months now and I noticed when I missed a dose or two, my nails start weakening right away, but I also have a thyroid disorder so that’s the difference between me and a person who has no auto immune or endocrine condition but it seems to work so I’m pretty sure it would work for a person who has no health issues as a supplement to what they’re already eaten in their diet it’s a lot of things people do not know is that when you take vitamins they are a supplement for what you are not getting with the keyword here is with the foods. You already eaten that are supposed to be healthy that’s the only way these will work is if you’re eating healthy, which does not mean strictly beans and vegetables and fruit means you’re eating the variety of foods that are good not junk all the time if you’re eating junk food you’re gonna need a ton of these.

So far the product and the container look so professional and trustable. Small softgel size is easy to take. Don't know if it works great with my calcium citrate that why I reserve 1 star for the future.
