Great for all round upper body work out
The arm rest bar needed during leg raises is short, which is a big minus point. Pull-up bar dimensions and sturdiness are a plus.Be really careful with the installation. You need a hammer drill with about 15mm drill bits to accommodate the m10 anchor bolts that are required to mount the hooks. Make sure to measure the heights properly. If possible have a professional do it. I did it myself and made some mistakes with the height, but corrected it..it was quite inconvenient cuz I took a while to figure out the drill bit size and used smaller sizes. Getting the bolts in the holes and getting them to lock was really tricky.But once it was mounted it's super sturdy. I've been using it for about a month.Assembly is required before mounting, which is simple and can be done with 2 spanners - all nuts and bolts are provided and good qualityThe cushioning and the plastic ends feel cheap but not bad. Also there are no studs to prevent damage to the wall for points coming in contact with the wall so you may have to add some cushioning.Overall the product is satisfactory.

Badly designed product
Cheap quality and flawed design. The bolts stick out the back of the armrest, so that when you place the bar for pull ups, the bolts cut into the wall causing damage and don't allow that main frame to touch the wall and take the load. Overall just cheap and flawed.
