If you can take the sugar, (and there is a lot of sugar!) these are excellent fruit slices! Fresh, soft, excellent taste, a real treat! These are the real deal! I highly recommend!

Father, home from business trips, circa 1965, would bring these home to us from airport. (I miss dad so much) so I have a comfort food thing and just plain LOVE for these. OMG, are these tart, sweet and spot on!!!!!! Yes, perhaps higher in price, but boy did this hit pay dirt.. I just scoffed down EIGHT!!!!!

Got these for my husband … it’s been years since he had them and he was not disappointed !! They were fresh and soft … very good flavor too !!

I bought these as a gift but could not use them for three reasons.1. They look extremely tacky - cheap material, and the fruit slices are loose inside sliding around with sugar sliding around the box. Looks very sloppy, not suitable for a gift.2. The taste was disgusting. Fruit slices are my favorite, so for me to say this is really unusual. Something was WRONG with the flavor of these. Do not buy!3. They were hard and stale. I could barely chew them. I took one bite and painfully tossed in the garbage, and I still want to vomit from the aftertaste. I'm going to get a beverage but I rushed to the computer to write this review first in the hopes of saving as many people from this purchase as possible. Worst fruit slices of my life!!

Fruit Slices are always a treat and these were good. But the package seemed to be a bit dated--some of the slices had shifted out of their place and they were all quite sticky. I know it's a challenge to ship candies during warm summer months--maybe that played a part? Don't know. These were for myself, but I'd have been disappointed if I'd ordered as a gift for someone else.

After going to my local bar and getting a drink called the Daphne which had an orange fruit slice on it, I had to find out what these were. These are exactly what I was looking for and all four flavors taste great.The packaging was excessively sticky from the sugar and poor/no insulated packaging to protect it from heat during shipping. So I immediately moved them to a ziploc bag (I'd suggest that anyway because there is no way to reseal the package and they are not individually wrapped). Just barely not enough of an issue to lose a star.

they were so flavorful and soft, my grandkids received them in there Christmas stocking and loved them

I love these but some packages are way better than others.
