Works great
Had a little trouble getting caddy to slide in as I missed the holding screw on one side. Could use a bit better instructions. Once installed, works great. Can swap out hard drive and install CD drive in seconds.

Need modification
One of the screws that hold the drive is too long and must be left out or it couldn't be inserted into the DVD slot.

Check the protruding mounting screw before inserting into laptop
I bought 2 of these and both are working fine now and it is a good price. Both came with a small screw driver to tighten the mounting screws. At first neither would insert into the expansion drive bay of DELL Latitude E6430.Both caddies appeared to bang into something when two thirds of the way inserted.I missed that it had 3 mounting screws; 2 recessed and 1 protruding. The protruding screw is long and blocked the insertion.I have removed this screw from each so I can more easily swap the drive in the caddy. If the screw had been shorter and recessed I would have retained it.If needed, I can still use the 2 recessed screws to lock the drive in the caddy.
