This is well made and the same as the one I used at my physical therapy. I bought so I could keep do exercises recommended by my therapist. It is easy to put on your ankle with the velcro fasteners.

Four Pound Ankle Weight
It weighs four pounds and is as described. I found it loose on my ankle. I haven't figured out how to make it tighter on my ankle so that it doesn't slip up and down when I do my physical therapy exercises. I don't know if there's a different one that would work better for me, so I'm sticking with this one!
