Excellent product!
This is so easy to apply, using the included hose attachable sprayer. My wife was getting bitten by noseeums in our beautiful back yard in SW Florida . I applied as directed ( with an initial 2 week follow up) and no more noseeums, mosquitos, and we haven't seen spiders like we used to.This product diluted to gallons of applied spray, so it is really pretty cheap to use , after the initial purchase. Buy it, you will love it!

Multiple applications might do some good but too expensive to attempt.
Difficult to evaluate how 'effective' this was on my property in Fla; the mosquitoes are still with us.

Works Fantasticly
This stuff is amazing. We've actually made the news lately because of our enormously large mosquito issue...size & quantity. Our city environmental dept said that they were doing everything they could to control the issue, yet they were seriously restricted because the rules stated they couldn't spray the deet product they use when the winds were more than 10 miles an hour to prevent contaminating food/water sources or getting it on humans.CedarCide doesn't have those issues. The first night I sprayed I had seriously limited the mosquito population in my neck of the universe. Within days I had no bug problems & all my pets were safe from deet & I did this when the winds were 30 mph.We have several generations of frog families which we did not want to harm & CedarCide is safe for good critters: frogs, lizards, lady bugs, bees, etc. This order came with a hoseend sprayer with the mixing instructions right on the sprayer. Very convenient. It also came with instructions on how to mix it for a pump sprayer which we immediately mixed up for our camping trip. The location we camp has a severe wasp issue. We sprayed the perimeter of our camp site & didn't have one issue with bugs. Not only did this make the trip more enjoyable for us humans, our pets weren't constantly having to deal with flying/crawling pests. This works on the pests that affect your trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. Overall a really great, safe product. No bad smell with this product either.

Seems to work quite well!
We live in a wooded area next to Truman Lake. Ticks, No See Ums, mites, and everything else. I wanted something safe for my pets and wildlife but protect me from all the bites! I still have to wear repellent, but this stuff works very well in keeping the bugs away from the house and porch. The product arrived well sealed and although it is expensive, for me it is worth the price.

It works
I got this to control midges, and it worked immediately and is still working two days later. I was expecting it to be a more gradual decrease, and not as effective as pyrethrins (a poison that works but is incredibly toxic to cats, birds, and fish), but it seems to work just as good. In that way, it definitely beat my expectations. We'll see how often I have to apply it, but I'm just happy to not need pyrethrins. The one thing I don't like about it is that it says to shake it to mix it, but there's no way to shake the container it comes with without some coming out, even if you have it set to "off". I have an outdoor sink, so it's not a huge issue for me personally, but it's something to be aware of.---------------------------Edit 6/29/2021: Ten days later it's still working with the midges. I noticed it didn't kill a spider when I was initially spraying it, but I'm also seeing far less spiders (presumably because all of their food is gone?)

Wow! No more mosquitoes! Totally Impressed!
Wow! I'm really impressed! My wife is a literal mosquito magnet. If there's a mosquito anywhere in the area, she's bound to get bitten. We have a lovely backyard and a balcony with a river view, but last summer (our first in this house), my wife couldn't go outside at night without first dousing herself in mosquito repellent. This year we were determined to try something different. We contacted a pest control company that guaranteed "no mosquito" and claimed to use an organic, safe chemical. The price was $1,000 for the season, and I have to admit, I was skeptical and didn't want to waste the money. During the course of our conversation, I learned that they use CedarCide. So, I figured I'd buy a 1 gallon sprayer, and this product. $75 for a quart size bottle seemed expensive, but hey, it's a lot less than $1,000, so it was worth a try. I followed the directions and used 2 oz per gallon of water, and sprayed the yard and surrounding bushes, shrubs, etc. every two weeks all summer long. We were able to enjoy the outdoors without getting bitten!!! I'm really impressed with how well this product works. Smells great too!

Did not work
I sprayed my lawn as instructed and my little dogs still had fleas as if I had not sprayed anything. Very disappointed since I spent so much money on this product thinking it would work.

Not for Japanese Beetles.
This is an expensive product that did not come close to mitigating our infestation of Japanese Beetles. I used as recommended, and still had countless insects on my grapes and crab apple trees. After consulting lawn care professionals, we discontinued use of this product for that purpose. The product did work well as reducing mosquitoes around our fire pit, though. I'm going to take some mixed in a spray bottle the next time we camp.
