Perfect and affordable for a school laptop
Super lightweight, excellent picture quality, excellent sound quality, very easy to setup and use. We use Google suite on it and it has been amazing. Video quality is wonderful. Great functionality. High speed and not slack in any way. There were updates pretty quickly. You'll have that, but all in all a great laptop

Light as a feather, touchscreen and so affordable. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Good buy for light tasks
This is a good buy if you're studying and will use it only for work (minimal jobs) or school. Due to the lack of space it starts to slow down for a while and you can't open multiple tabs at once. The touchscreen does it make it easier to navigate and it's very light. Battery life is also great and the setup wasn't hard.

Worst laptop ever- never buy HP or insure through Asurion
This is the second HP laptop I have had in just 2024 that stopped working/wont turn on. This is Amazon’s scam- they sucker you to buy their insurance- ok fine. Then the laptop breaks you call their insurance they say “call HP you only bought it 3 months ago so we won’t cover it HP will” - I call HP - they can’t fix it and they say they won’t cover it because the seller (I bought this directly from Amazon as seller not some rando) made an “additional modification “ to the laptop and so HP won’t cover it. Complete waste of money. Just don’t buy this

Perfect for me
I purchased this device to diagnose marine engines. Super easy to take it out of S mode. Was able to download all the software I needed. Portable, it fits nicely in the service case. Charges fast and runs all day. Love the touch screen and super bright for outdoors.Just an important note....remember to keep it plugged in for the first initial start up. I guess it's a safety thing when it's ships.

Works great
Started up and ran perfect like I expected it would. Really don’t understand the negative comments.

Get it for under $100.00, yes, over, you can do better !
After around 24 hours it has begun to wake up, especially after the long hours of seemingly endless UPDATES !Now that it is done with that, the touch screen is the first issue, it works fine but is NOT an IPS screen so getting situated to see properly does take some effort but in the end it's not too bad.The specs on site said it would have the Celeron N 4020 but this one came with the 4120 which has 4 cores rather than 2 so it can handle more and is a bit quicker.Everyday tasks are easy once you dive around inside and rattle around to see what all you can modify and for me being an Android user for 20 plus years, Windows is like taking a big step back in time.....5 moves to do one thing where Android and Chrome OS are one maybe two moves to one.The interesting thing with Windows 11 is how they have blended Google Chrome features with Windows, I guess if you can't beat them BLEND them and that is a very good thing! The laptop case itself is super nice if you hate wiping fingerprints off of everything, H.P. textured the surfaces and no fingerprints and easy to hang onto!Sound is good, picture eh so so, touch is...touch, it performs well, does very well with video's and once it gets on its feet it does quite good and this is coming from someone who swore off Windows over 20 years ago!
