Power Window Lift Regulator Motor Gear Repair Kit Set Replacement Compatible with Mazda 3 Sport 5 6 CX-7 CX-9 RX-8

Used to repair the driver's side rear window on my 2007 Mazda 3. The window would go down about half way, and I had to help it go back up. Install was super easy. Just removed the door panel and the motor. The motor is easily accessible with the door panel removed. Then open the motor cover, and you'll see this piece inside. The old one was missing about 3 teeth in one spot. That's where the window was getting stuck. Total process took about 5 minutes. Window works great now.

Success! Window works again! Take the motor assembly apart and look at the gears to see if this is all you need. Spent more time taking door panels off that I didn’t need to than fixing the issue.

Good condition

Removing interior door panel is difficult as there are many plastic fasteners which are easily broken. Also painted surfaces should be protected when prying interior panel off. Access to motor and drive mechanism is fairly easy after removing interior panel. Disassembly and reassembly fairly easy. Most annoying thing for me is writing this review.

Used on a window motor for a 2013 Mazda CX-9. Perfect replacement gear. Saved me from having to buy a complete window motor.

Got the set for my 2008 Mazda CX-9 from "MAXQUALITY STORE" , installed it on the driver side last July, the car is rarly used and I rarely have someone sitting at the passenger seat and use the window and it broke couple of days ago, lasted only 8 months with handful time of use.Stay away and get original, don't invest money or waste your time installing it, not worth it, the driver side still works on the original gears.

One and a half years of use and now it’s broken. I need another gear and I’m afraid I won’t be purchasing this one again. I would have expected it to last longer than that.
