Work great for a couple of months, but then one of the wheel bots broke off its useless now

I used once and while using a wheel did break off could b a little more durable my pressure washer is only 1,600 psi so that wasn’t the cause. But overall I’d still buy another from this same company due to customer service was awesome I contacted them to let the issue be known and I got a return label to send old one back seconds after talking with them along with them getting a new one shipped that very same day as well with two day shipping so they’ll get more of my business in the future. But next time I’m buying the 24” instead of the 18” under carriage washer that has 7 heads on it instead of 5 like my current one has.

Really strong pressure and nice but…After using it for only a few minutes on the first use, the swivel part broke already, not it’s useless piece of metal. Not sure if I can exchange or return it.

Easy to set up great for rinsing off road salt/treatment after snow storm

The media could not be loaded. This does get the job done. Sorry for video quality, but you can see the water spray, this is with a 2800 psi washer. The wheels roll well and there is good coverage of spray. My only concern are the male ends of the supplied extensions. When connected there is a lot of play at the joints and the concern is that the nipple would snap off. To connect I just removed my spray head and attached the extension to the end of the wand. Spray away!
