I'm thankful I found this product. It works great and keeps my medication patch dry in the shower. If you only need a few these are perfect and great to have on hand.But I wear a medication patch weekly so I needed a more cost effective option. I found a roll of tattoo tape that can be trimmed to size and will last for about 6 months, with how I use it.

Work good enough for the price - but definitely not a tegaderm in terms of quality. The adhesion isn't the same - the edges/corners sometimes began to peel a few hours after putting the bandage on. Aren't completely waterproof, you need to get a really good seal to keep your wound dry. These are pretty gentle on skin though. Just get a good seal around all edges and change immediately after a shower (I also put some plastic wrap around the area for showers.)
