Works great
It came and we installed it I our new sunroom. It is a 3 season room and so far it looks great and feels like it will work well.Had a little challenge with the order one box came UPS and the other two boxes came USPS after I called asking about the other rolls problems was fixed quickly and it arrived in a timely manor. So far the biggest draw back is it shows foot prints on the black and I have not yet tried to wipe them up so will see how that goes.

Looks good and relatively easy to work with
Flooding required I remove the flooring and carpet in my basement "creativity" room. I decided this was a better idea than more peel and stick flooring, just in case. It's certainly pricey, but if it lasts at least a decade, it'll be worth it.It's not heavy, which is great for being able to move it around while setting it up, but it's not good for it needing to lay flat. I ended up using double sided tape to stick the edges to the floor. It works... okay. When I roll my office chair around, sometimes it pushes the material up in front of the wheels, making me wish I had put tape along the centers as well, so I have to ease off. When installing, I was on my knees a lot. They ended up with black stain on them from the flooring. I haven't noticed it in a while, so I'm guessing it's remnants of the production and over time they get cleaned away. Which leads to a questions of cleaning. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to clean them. I sweep the surface from time to time, but I don't know if I could also use a damp mop, if needed, especially to help along any remaining stain that I might find on my socks. They did smell for a while. Not THAT bad, but noticeable. After about two months, I don't know what I notice it any longer. It cuts pretty easily with a shop knife, just be careful that it's laying straight when you want to cut it.I'd have loved a wider size. I may do the rest of the basement with it if it proves to be a lasting option. I'll also need to see how cold it is during the winter.

Awesome Mat for under treadmill
I bought this to go under my treadmill in my sunroom. It perfectly suits this function and fits well under a NordicTrack Commercial 2450. It's been going strong for 5 years now and still in great shape, even with a sunroom reno and moving the treadmill and mat around.

Excellent
Excellent. I wanted to have a waterproof mat under the fridge since it has leaked twice in the past 10 years and we only noticed it when the water was visible in the basement. I went to the custom molded mat websites and could not find anything (they were all specialized for car mats). This mat is versatile enough to bent as the edges. The corners were a little thicker since I did not want to cut it. The mad was easily screwed into the side cabinets and wall studs about 4 inches above the ground. The material was very easy to sit with scissors and moderately easy to cut with a knife and straightedge. This will last a lifetimeEdit: it is now 6/2021 (about 6.5 years later). This is still working great. Hera are some updates.About 6 years after, I bought a similar mat from a different company for an AbCoaster which was 50% more expensive for the same size and thickness. The surface was smoother, but getting it was a hassle because the first order was delayed by a week, then shipped to the wrong address. Then I had to wait another week for the delivery.A month later, I needed another exercise equipment mat for a Roman chair and found Rubber Cal again on Amazon. The order arrived quickly and correctly.I am now buying a third mat for a vertical leg press machine. I am buying from Rubber Cal again, because for the product, price, and delivery, Rubber Cal is the best for me.Edit: third mat update. I just got it yesterday. And the surface is very smooth. Not sure why the previous ones were not as smooth. 🤔 this was was only packaged in Saran Wrap once and had some discoloration on the part exposed. Unfortunately to place it down with the curved ends down, this discoloration shows. This is not optimal, but acceptable since I will be putting a vertical leg press machine on it.5/2022 got a fourth mat for the grill. Since previous tray and mat disintegrated after a 2-3 years. We shall see if this lasts outdoors.

Great Product, Great Value
I don't often review products, but this product deserves the time it will take. I searched and compared hundreds of different brands and options for my indoor gym floor. I first bought and immediately returned the "horse stall" mats due to the smell and concern over the safety of the source of rubber (China). If you are doing an indoor gym, save yourself the time and hassle and go directly to this RubberCal product. The smell from off-gassing is significantly less and the install is significantly easier. The other recommendation I have is to go for the thinner material, which is contrary to the advice of most home gym bloggers or youtubers. The thinner (6 or 7 mm) product still lays flat and seams are not an issue with carpet tape. It also makes the cutting and install much, much easier. I took out my carpet and left the padding, then put down the rolled rubber over the pad. Perfect balance of cushioning and firmness for a variety of workouts. If you are deadlifting or dropping heavy weights, just get a thicker mat for that area. One last tip: use cheap quarter-round trip along walls to cover up cutting imperfections... you will never be able to get the mat to go perfectly along the wall, no matter how straight you cut. If you cant tuck under the existing wall trim, just add quarter-round trim.I wish I had more honest reviews when I debated for hours on which product and thickness to get. The bottom line is this: get the clean/USA-sourced rubber, opt for thinner material for ease of install, use quarter-round trim to hide imperfections of cutting along walls.
