very sturdy and maintains quality so far after a month of use. I use these daily at work and have them in and out disinfectant and they haven't rusted like other extracting tools that i've purchased. the loop is on the thinner side which works great on non-inflamed acne, although i would never extract milia without using a lancet first so I wouldn't purchase this thinking it will easily remove milia.

These are the best lancet needles I have found for blackhead extractions. I have dropped them several times and the needle end has never bent unlike so many other brands.

Quality

I had purchased a topical lotion to get rid of the milia near my eyes. It did not work so I returned it. I used this tool and in a matter of minutes I had removed the milia. It does make a little cut on your face so be prepared for that. I would not suggest using it immediately before an important event or photo opportunity! I used it about 2 weeks before my vacation so my face looked clear. PS - I am not sure why the review template is asking for "suction power". It does not suck at all. It makes a little break in the skin so you can squeeze out the milia ball.

Removes milia easily and painlessly. With a little time and patience you can do this at home. No need to spend hundreds of dollars at a salon. I highly recommend this product.

Didn’t really work as easily as I’d hoped for milia or comedone extraction. Wouldn’t buy again.
