I stare at a computer all day and this has been very helpful for me on the bad days

I have been looking for a non-scented, weighted mask and found it! It doesn't feel heavy while holding it, but once you lay back and put it on your eyes, it's wonderful! It's very relaxing to have on and is very soft on my face.

I was sent to 3rd shift, and I apparently have to sleep when the sun is out. I hate dark rooms, and I refuse to put blackout curtains on everything, however it's so hard to sleep when the sun keeps blasting you. This weighted sleep mask, is doubled sided. One side is a cooling silky smooth side, this is my favorite, and what I sleep with. The other is a microfiber oven! It feels great, but alas, when it's 80, the sun is shining, and the middle of summer... I don't think I can really rate that side... other than... Warming... very... warming!I've found myself sleeping much more consistently, as the... day... goes by. And for whatever reason, the weighted aspect, knocks me out. I just can't stay awake with it on.

Firstly, I love this sleeping mask. It keeps all the light out, the pressure against my sinuses has a pavlov like effect on me to immediately make me sleepy. I look forward to sleep because I can wear my mask. The mask is quite soft with a minky exterior and a microfiber interior. There is a small hidden zipper running the length of the top seam of the mask that allows you to remove the weighted section and place in the fridge to make cold. The sensation is almost too much I personally find room temp remains cool for quite a length of time.The downsides are the strap is a wide band of elastic with a buckle adjustor. So it stretches out easily. The weighted lining places significant pressure against my eyes and if I use the mask with frequency I develop blurry vision and migraines for a greater portion of the next day.So in conclusion i would purchase this for naps or occasional use to help with relaxation. the beads dont glob in one spot, the mask stays on and pressure is perfect to keep my eyes closed. So glad I purchased.

This is an amazing sleep mask! The weight helps my eyes to settle and makes falling and staying asleep much easier. Can’t live without it!!

I bought this because it was advertised as "Cooling Heat Therapy Compression Pain Relief" but the only thing it provides is the compression part. I was unable to get this mask to stay cold/cool long enough for any relief and i tried putting it in the fridge & the freezer. It just doesn't work for me. I did not try the "heat" part.If i can't return it, i'll probably give it to my 10yo granddaughter who will love it because its soft & furry

I sleep with the windows open and there is a street light pole right in front of my widow. I got this to block the light and was surprised how comfortable it felt. I was able to get a good night sleep!
