Easy enough to install, looks good, works well
I mounted these on my 2004 Tacoma 4WD truck. At first I tried to use the old Toyota flap as a guide but then I realized all I needed to do was hold the Dee Zee flap where it looked right and lined up with the two existing bolt holes. I marked those holes and then drilled a third hole to secure the top neck of the Dee Zee. It was easy once you make sure your holes are drilled correctly: use a piece of cardboard to create a pattern which you overlay on the Dee Zee. (In fact, you could make a pattern out of the cardboard on which the Dee Zee comes attached.)You will need to turn the front wheel in order to drill the third hole, but it wasn't hard. I'm not sure about the rear wheelwell. You might have to jack the truck up and remove the tire temporarily: yes, a bit of a pain but worth it, considering how much Toyota wants for these flaps (over $100 each). The flap hangs down sufficiently to keep mud off the truck. it's maybe 2" shorter than the Toyota flaps--but those are so long, they get ripped off when you back over a rock (which is probably why you're buying new flaps, right?). It also extends about an inch outside the edge of the wheelwell--not quite as far as the Toyota, but sufficient.

Ideal for a custom fit. Thin and flexible. Easy to modify
Universal fit entails these are better for the DIY'er than the less inclined user. I needed this style and a thin thickness so I could cut them down to fit in my wheel wells with oversized tires and they work great for that. They are cheap enough to cut up and not feel bad about it. Would recommend if you need a custom fit.

Good price for the looks
I loved the looks of these mud flaps, I searched and searched and couldn’t find one I liked for a decent price and these were the ones for the win! Just put them on my 2001 Chevy Silverado and love it so much! I am not sure about the durability as I just put them on, they seem to be a little on the Flemsy side but IF they do the job that’s all I can ask for

Real thin
I found that these were very thin and decided they wouldn't work on my truck but they may work for other folks that need it's in her unit

These are cheap and generic.
I wouldn't put these on my truck. They are very cheap looking and they wanted me to drill holes. I didn't realize this and I returned them and they charged about $6 to return them. Not very happy about this.

Easily trimmable
A little long for my application but, it trimmed easily to fit and is staying in place.

s10 pickup 4x4 fits great
Put on rear of a chevy s10, have factory ones up front. A little thin, but was just what i was looking for in terms of flexibility while also being rigid enough that it doesnt flap in the wind. Mounts easy, was able to cover the bed outside and inside while centering the splash guard in the middle of the tire (235/75 4x4). Looks great, works well. if they last longer than a year without cracking/breaking, i'll consider it a successful purchase. will purchase another set for the front when i need filler for free shipping.

Definitely worth the price!
After 4 NY winters with these on a 2008 Nissan Frontier, they did a great job keeping mud & salt splatter off the sides of the truck & seemed to hold up well! You DO have to drill holes & align them properly, but even with little mechanical skill it's relatively easy to do. I have since traded my Nissan in for a newer truck, and since my "new" truck already had mudflaps I didn't need to buy another set; they were still on the truck in good condition. But if I needed to, I'd buy them again.
