Huge value for a powerful workhorse
Amazing - the one ethernet built in is not very good but the platform rivals an enterprise level server -

First impressions, very thick shipping box, packed very well and looked great. Sadly.....
It did not work upon arrival. The big "D" (though very nice) offered no support. I could not figure out how to contact the shipper. The big "A" came to the rescue buy offering a free return and all moneys should be returned within the month. So, other than a possible huge delay before receiving a refund and a longer delay before I can purchase a replacement. That's assuming a replacement is available........ Such is life.Update: This was the worse seller. I send the computer back because it did not boot up. I told the seller I was still interested in the computer if they fix it. The seller said it worked for them, but rather than sending it back. The seller charges $150 in "fees" and demanding I change the rating I gave them. Lucky for me the big A stepped in to make things right. And I did not change the rating. The key learning from all this was "make sure A is the seller in the future".Let's hear it for the Big A!Another update: It been about 22 days, the big A has NOT refunded the money as they said they would. This all seems wrong to me. The big A told me what and how to do this return due the the computer being DOA. I do exactly as told and I lose the money. I mean I get nothing back from the big A. The seller gets their computer back, fixes it and resells it on the big A. But I get nothing back from the big A.

A DUDE
Got the system for Christmas, turned it on, ran for about 12 hours then froze up. Now will not even boot to the dell screen. Was this even tested?
