Bechtle Spaetzle Traditional German Egg Noodles, 9 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Love this brand and loved how prompt they are about getting it to me.

Bechtle's Spaetzles cook faster than other brands. They are not filled with a lot of starch when draining them after cooking. The spaetzles do not absorb a lot of gravy and take little butter or oil to prevent them from clumping. I find them a great alternative to rice or noodles. They can be used for any type of meal. The price for this product is very cheap if you buy the box of twelve.

I like Spaetzle. They go nicely with many main dishes and are good in basic soups as well. Bechtle's are cut very small, which makes them less of a plump, cushiony noodle like a true home-made spaetzle might be. I thinik it is a matter of personal preference, but I tend to prefer a larger, longer noodle. Noodles are to hold onto gravies and sauces and this one is adequate but not as satisfying as other brands.

Am so glad this product is available. Every time we eat it, we love it.When we have company, people ask us where they can get it.It is a wonderful product. On negative, is when my husband and I have it,we only need half the box. Would love to see it packaged in 2 sets per box.

Wonderful eggy original southern German Spätzle. As good as any short of scratch made. Boil, toss in butter with freshly grated nutmeg and brown slightly. Enjoy! Spice it up with some Gruyere, caramelized onions, and bacon for some awesome cheese Spätzle!

We have tried several spaetzle brands and this is the best. It is quite similar to home made ones my husband's mother and sisters always made. It is very tender and does not have the consistency of rubber! We have recently found it when in Cincinnati,

this customer service, did take the taste and the joy to get the pasta away, we would never buy there

I like a bigger noodle. These would be good with soup I guess. I think maybe I have been spoiled because my grandmother made them by hand
